Job Description
As a Business Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing day-to-day administrative tasks
- Maintaining accurate records and databases
- Handling customer inquiries and providing excellent support
- Assisting with financial administration, including invoicing and budget tracking
- Supporting the team with various projects and tasks as needed
Requirements
We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Proven experience in an office environment
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A proactive and positive attitude
- An ability to deal with customers on the phone in a professional manner
Salary
Competitive, based on experience
Paid Monthly
Working week
Monday – Friday between 8.30am – 4.30pm
Total hours per week: Part time, to be confirmed
