Control & Instrumentation (Module 3)
Objective: To provide delegates with the necessary knowledge skills and safe working practices to enable them to safely undertake a range of electrical tasks in an industrial environment.
This course is aimed at practising electrical engineers who wish to understand the basics of Control & Instrumentation.
This is the third of 3 modules.
This is an intensely practical course and only required theory will be taught. Candidates will find this a high pressure course as they will write their own code for driving a transmission network.
This course is almost entirely composed of writing code, so candidates need to be aware of the basics of PLCs, be prepared to write code for PLCs and be experienced in the use of Windows. Candidates who have never written PLC code may still attend as it will be explained.
Compress air will feature in this course so candidates must be safety conscious.
