Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineering Assessor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, extensive experience in delivering apprenticeships, and hold an assessor’s award. A teaching qualification is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering high-quality assessments and training to electrical engineering apprentices.
• Creating and implementing comprehensive training plans and materials.
• Providing mentorship and guidance to apprentices, ensuring they meet their learning objectives.
• Conducting assessments in accordance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Maintaining accurate records of apprentice progress and achievements.
• Collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders to continuously improve the apprenticeship program.

Requirements:

• Experience in electrical engineering.
• Proven track record in delivering apprenticeships.
• Assessor’s award (required).
• Teaching qualification (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to continuous professional development.
