We are looking for a Level 2 Finance Apprentice to support the day-to-day administration and duties within our finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to achieve AAT qualifications with the opportunity to progress to a level 3 upon successful completion.
What will the apprentice be doing?
What you will do in your working day?
* Processing of financial transactions using both Sage and Quickbooks Accounting software
* Administration duties including telephone enquiries and e-mails
* Sales ledger processes including processing sales orders, raising invoices, reconciling accounts and raising customer statements
* Purchase ledger processes including placing orders, processing invoices, reconciling supplier statements and generating supplier payment runs
* Supporting with the preparation of month end and year end accounts
* Supporting with the Payroll processes
* Assisting with the preparation of VAT reports
