Position: Part-Time Functional Skills and Cognassist Support Tutor
Location: In-centre Stockport and Remote
Elevated Knowledge provides high-quality education and support to our learners. We strive to ensure that each learner can succeed, regardless of their background or additional support needs.
Elevated Knowledge is currently seeking a part-time Functional Skills and Cognassist Support Tutor. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering Functional Skills training in both in-centre and remote settings. You will also utilize the Cognassist platform to assess and support learners with neurodiversity, helping them achieve their educational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering Functional Skills training in Maths and English at Levels 1 and 2.
- Providing both in-centre and remote instruction to learners.
- Using the Cognassist platform to assess and support learners with additional needs.
- Creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
- Monitoring and reporting on learner progress.
- Collaborating with the Elevated Knowledge team to ensure high-quality delivery of educational programs.

Salary:
£25,000 pro rata dependant on experience and qualifications.
Working week
20 hours per week – Flexible working hours between Monday to Friday 8.30am – 4.30pm

Qualifications:
- Experience in delivering Functional Skills Maths and English at Levels 1 and 2.
- Strong understanding of neurodiversity and experience in supporting learners with additional needs is desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to continuous professional development.
