Delegates gain experience in machine setting, facing, turning, drilling, taper and thread cutting, boring, and knurling, as well as using vertical and horizontal milling machines to produce a range of faces and slots.
The course also covers machine controls, cutter mounting, speeds and feeds, coolants, and accurate work positioning. Bespoke 3-day Milling or Turning programmes, or day-release options, are also available.
