Finding the right training partner for apprenticeships can feel like a big decision — especially if it’s your first time employing an apprentice. At Elevated Knowledge, we make the process simple, supportive, and built around your business needs.

As an established engineering training provider, we work with employers of all sizes to develop skilled, confident engineers through apprenticeships, NVQs, accredited qualifications, and technical short courses.

With our Apprenticeship & Training Open Day on Wednesday 18th February 2026, we’re inviting employers to come and see exactly how we can support you. There are many great manufacturing companies who will be exhibiting but there’s no pressure for you to exhibit. You’re very welcome to just visit, take a guided tour, and have an informal chat with our team about your training plans.

Apprenticeships — Made Straightforward for Employers

Apprenticeships shouldn’t be complicated — and with the right support, they aren’t.

We provide full end-to-end support, meaning you’re never left figuring things out on your own. Whether you’re new to apprenticeships, upskilling current staff or expanding your workforce, we can guide you through every stage.

We help you:

  • Understand funding options and what you’re eligible for
  • Choose the right apprenticeship standard or qualification pathway
  • Plan training around your operational needs
  • Navigate paperwork and compliance with confidence

If you’ve ever thought “we’d like an apprentice but don’t know where to start” — that’s exactly what we’re here for.

Recruitment Support — We Help You Find the Right Candidate

One of the biggest advantages of working with Elevated Knowledge is that we don’t just train apprentices — we help you recruit them too. Plus, all this is completely free with your recruitment package when you have your apprentices with us.

Our recruitment support can include:

✔ Advertising your vacancy
✔ Initial screening of applicants
✔ Maths, English, and engineering aptitude testing
✔ Pre-interviewing candidates
✔ Shortlisting suitable applicants for you
✔ Arranging interviews at times to suit your business
✔ Use of our professional, comfortable interview rooms if needed

You still choose who joins your team, we simply make the process easier and more efficient by ensuring that you only see the candidates who are a good fit for your role.

More Than Just Apprenticeships

Many employers benefit from a combination of training, and we can build a solution that works for your workforce now and in the future.

Alongside apprenticeships, we offer:

  • NVQs for new or existing staff
  • City & Guilds accredited compliance courses
  • Technical short courses
  • Upskilling for maintenance, electrical, mechanical, automation and more

This means you can develop new talent and strengthen your current team through one trusted provider.

Visit Us on 18th February — No Pressure, Just Possibilities

Our Open Day is the perfect opportunity to explore what we offer in a relaxed, informal way.

You do not have to exhibit to attend. Employers are welcome to:

  • Take a guided tour of our engineering training facilities
  • Speak to other employers who are with Elevated Knowledge
  • See learners working in realistic workshop environments
  • Meet our tutors and training team
  • Discuss your business challenges and skills needs
  • Get expert advice on the best route forward

Whether you’re considering your first apprentice, looking to upskill staff, or planning future workforce development, a visit can help you see what’s possible.

At Elevated Knowledge, we work in partnership with employers. Our focus is simple:

Develop skilled people who add real value to your business.

From recruitment to qualification completion, we support both you and your apprentice every step of the way.

If you’d like to explore how apprenticeships or technical training could benefit your organisation, we’d love to welcome you on Wednesday 18th February 2026 — or speak with you at any time. No booking required for admission to the centre.
