Variable Frequency Drives and Soft Starters
The purpose of the Variable Frequency Drives andf Soft Starters course is to provide delegates with the necessary knowledge skills and safe working practices to enable them to safely undertake a range of electrical tasks in an industrial environment.
This course is aimed at practising electrical engineers with some understanding of DOL and Star/Delta circuits. The course will allow practical exercises where students will connect and do basic parameter setting. Various VFDs are used, such as Allen Bradley, Schnieder and Parker.
Live 3 phase supplies will be featured, so candidates must have knowledge and experience of testing and isolation
